Translations

Translations of the IDDSI Framework are thanks to the work of volunteers around the world. In order to take into account differences within a language and allow the translated version to be broadly understood and accepted, our translation process involves:

  • Posting the draft translation for a period of 3 months to allow review and feedback on the translation from peers.
  • Providing the translation team with an IDDSI email address where feedback and questions can be collected during the 3 month period
