Current Implementation Status	En Colombia la implementación de la IDDSI se realiza de manera individual por profesionales expertos en el manejo de la disfagia, sin embargo, no existe un consenso para su uso. Su implementación no cuenta con un registro formal de su uso y descripción de sus resultados e impacto en el abordaje terapéutico de la disfagia. Esto nos lleva a fomentar la estandarización del manejo de consistencia como recurso indispensable de abordaje. In Colombia, the implementation of the IDDSI is carried out individually by professionals who are experts in the aproach of dysphagia, however, there is no consensus for its use.
